Joris Lange has been working for Rabobank since 2003. Untill 2008 he worked for two local banks: first as business controller in Barneveld and after that as project manager in Den Bosch. In 2008 he switched to Rabobank Nederland, again as project manager. Joris likes to work with a team. He believes that every teammember is necessary to be successful. His last project was the introduction of a new insurance product. Joris, in his role of business project manager, was responsible for the overall programm and the introduction of the product at 150 local banks. It was his first agile project, in which he started as business project manager. After being appointed as product manager at Rabobank Nederland, he became product owner.

Joris is 35 years old. He graduated successfully for his Master of Science Business Administration.
