Abstract:

How to evolve Agile successfully in big enterprises?

We present our 10 favorite best practices for evolving agile in a large enterprise. As agile practitioners in the public sector, we explain our practices by collected reallife experiences. These 10 useful tools make a very practical toolset when confronted with problems of big organizations.

Learn from our Agile Government route.

The Agile practices presented are inspired by our experiences from the Agile Government community. Always supported by public agencies, this community gathers frequently for sharing knowledge: we facilitate Agilists and civil servants to learn together on Government and Agile.
