Presented by Remi-Armand Collaris and Rik Hurkmans
Abstract:
Fuzzy opportunities, cloaked balance of power, difficult conversations, energy draining group efforts, failing projects. All examples of organizational dynamics that hinder Agility and are hard to grasp, let alone change. The technique of Business Constellations is a way to experience and get feedback on what stands in the way for an organization to change and improve and to experiment with possible solutions. Business Constellations is a tool to reveal and accept unconscious and hidden preferences, judgments and loyalties. In doing so it uses psychological mechanisms and systemic principles to create a breeding ground for change (see Article J.J.Stam1998 for more information).
We will work on Agile adoption in general or a specific case brought in by one of the participants. All participants are expected to cooperate within the constellation we create of that case and to share the feelings this invokes. Furthermore they are expected to keep all that was confidentially shared private.
“Feeling like an Iceberg in an Agile Arctic Ocean? Look and feel under the surface and you will find a swarming breeding ground…”
Note: the number of participants for this session is limited to 25
Format and length:
