To make it perfect:
- timing!
- Give me a roadmap (where do we start)
- give some examples of what you can really achieve (not just wpm)
- slides would help afterwards
- timing!
- work on narrative flow
- structure the story
- stand still
- actually state what to achieve with speed reading? I think a lot of people naturally assumes "fast comprehensive" reading
- timing --> first "make us warm" to do the last excercise-- and then you have to reduce it
- more readable whiteboard/postits, from my place in the room they seemed too small
- improve guidance with slides
- longer session
- chaotic - no structure
- no clear agenda neither slide
- more reading exercises, eg making the lines on text & reading
- less theory, maybe a bit faster pace
- more time
- exercises
- explain the why
