  • actually state what to achieve with speed reading? I think a lot of people naturally assumes "fast comprehensive" reading
  • timing --> first "make us warm" to do the last excercise-- and then you have to reduce it
  • more readable whiteboard/postits, from my place in the room they seemed too small
  • improve guidance with slides
  • longer session
  • chaotic - no structure
