Basic sponsor package contents

Each sponsor package includes:

• The sponsor mentions the conference (logo, conference name, location, date, URL), on a website and/or in a magazine and/or in a mailing;
• XP Days Benelux mentions the sponsor on the website, mailing, social media.
• The sponsor has the opportunity to add something to the goodie bag. The content has to be approved by the XP Days committee.
• Sponsor packages do NOT include a free admission ticket, unless explicitly mentioned.

Specific sponsor packages

Media (only media coverage)

• Basic sponsor package only.
• Price: 1000 Euro

Dinner (maximum 1)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the conference plenary session the evening of dinner (typically 1st of the conference).
• Price: 1500 Euro

[email protected] – 1st day (maximum 1)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the conference plenary session the evening of drinks the 1st day of the conference.
• Price: 1500 Euro

[email protected] – 2nd day (maximum 1)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the conference plenary session the evening of drinks the 2nd day of the conference.
• Price: 1500 Euro

Goodies (maximum 1)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the conference plenary session the day that the participants will receive the goodies;
• XP Days Benelux selects the goodies, the sponsor has the possibility to include items (after approval) in the goodies bag.
• Price: 1500 Euro

Coffee Barista (1 day) (maximum 2)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the conference plenary session the day that the coffee barista will be present;
• The sponsor has the possibility to provide coffee/drinks cups – we require eco-friendliness (no throwaway paper cups).
• Price: 1500 Euro

Well-being (maximum 2)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the conference plenary session the day that the well-being offer is accessible for the conference participants;
• The specific ‘well-being’ package is determined by XP Days Benelux with suggestions by the sponsor (if the sponsor has suggestions).
• Price: 1500 Euro

Social party event (maximum 1)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the conference plenary session the day that the social party event offer is organised for the conference participants.
• Price: 1500 Euro

Pre-conference dinner (maximum 1)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the evening of the pre-conference dinner.
• Price: 1500 Euro

Conference sponsor (maximum 2) (1 spot left)

• Basic sponsor package;
• XP Days Benelux acknowledges the sponsor during the plenary sessions of the conference – on both days of the conference
• The sponsor will receive 2 free 2-days admission to the conference.
• The sponsor can bring a stand; (maximum 3 meter) (contact us at [email protected] for a map of the rooms at the venue.)
• XP Days Benelux admits 2 representatives of the sponsor to attend the stand (these representatives are not allowed to actively participate in the sessions of the conference)
• Price: 5000 Euro

Extra’s

• All sponsors (except conference sponsor) have the opportunity to buy an add-on for a stand at the conference (2 meter wide)
• XP Days Benelux admits 1 representative of the sponsor to attend the stand
• Price: 500 Euro for 2 days
